Related Services are individualized supportive services that your child may need to benefit from special education. The most common type of relate services are therapies and transportation services however there are many more services a child could receive that could be considered a related service. it’s important to remember that as a parent of a child who receives special educations services you have to access to certain services, also including but limited to, parent counseling and training. Join Disabilities Law Program and Parent Information Center of Delaware as we provide an overview of Related services under IDEA, and how they may be beneficial in improving outcomes and progress towards student IEP goals
