About this Webinar:

Attendees will learn about the special protections afforded to students with disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) when schools seek to impose disciplinary actions. The session will also provide an overview of the laws governing restraint and seclusion in schools, including required reporting procedures and what families should expect.
