Gary serves as a Youth and Family Support Specialist in Kent County for the Delaware Public Education Ombudsperson Program. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the community with youth and families. Gary has always been focused on providing families with opportunities to have voice and choice when pertaining to their life outcomes. Working with families to assist them in gaining a level of confidence and knowledge to enable self-advocacy is his passion. Gary is raising two sons he believes will become future change agents in the community.
