As Delaware’s only non-profit organization charged by the US Department of Education to specifically support parents of children with disabilities gain the knowledge and skills to access quality special education and related services, PIC has an enormous responsibility to uphold. While PIC receives program funding from state and federal sources, these resources are insufficient to meet current and future needs.
The personal support of those who believe in and use our services is essential for us to continue to meet the very real needs of families across the state!
