The purpose of Delaware’s Family to Family Health Information Center (F2F HIC):

  • To promote optimal health for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and access to an effective health delivery system that is family-centered;
  •  To ensure the inclusion of families in healthcare decision-making and policy-making at local, county, and state levels to promote positive systems change.

We offer several programs, including, navigating health and insurance systems, peer to peer emotional support, and support for families whose children have behavioral or emotional issues.

Our staff can help you navigate the healthcare system, access resources and services and find answers to your questions. We offer the support you need, helping you save time and reduce your frustration.
