Location: Webinar

This session will discuss the family’s role in the early intervention process, from referral and evaluation to transition out of early intervention, and how the Division of Early Childhood’s Recommended Practices can be used to support both families and professionals as they support infant and toddlers. These Practice Improvement Tools guide practitioners and families in supporting young children who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disabilities across a variety of settings. They include performance checklists, practice guides, illustrations of the practices and guidance materials.
