Parents we would like to provide you the opportunity to have conversations on various topics pertaining to the education, health, and financial stability for you and your children while gaining information and access to community resources. This forum will be a safe space for you to be engaged and have conversations with other parents sharing experiences and life lessons.

Jan. 27th 6:30-7:30pm “What Are They Thinking”- Lesson – Brain science and Adverse Childhood Experience (ACEs)
Skills – Identifying emotions, stress management. Social Emotional Learning competencies– Self-Awareness, Self Management

Feb. 24th 6:30-7:30pm “Be Accountable” – Lesson – Preparing for self-sufficiency Skills – Organization, self-discipline,
and self-regulation. Social Emotional Learning competencies – Self-Management, Responsible Decision Making

March 24th 6:30-7:30pm “Possibilities and Solutions” – Lesson – Boundaries and consequences Skills – Problem
solving, goal setting. Social Emotional Learning competencies – Responsible Decision Making
