An event for families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing and the professionals who work with them
Discovery Bay! Participants in this lesson get closer to the Inland Bays than ever before as they either
assist or watch as Center staff seine the shallow waters of the Indian River Bay for aquatic life. In addition
to observing different species in their natural habitat, students will catch, identify, measure and discuss
the different organisms we find at the James Farm Ecological Preserve. Enjoy pizza, snacks and soft
drinks, networking with other families, and D/HH printed resources.
