Join us for a morning of recognition, networking and learning.
Your role as an Educational Surrogate Parent (ESP) is valuable and we want to recognize you for your advocacy.
This is a meaningful time to meet other ESPs, share experiences and continue learning.

This event is held to recognize PIC’s current and past volunteer Educational Surrogate Parents (ESPs).
ESPs are appointed by the Department of Education and advocate for children with special education needs who are also experiencing foster care.
