2025 ESP Appreciation Breakfasts 
This event is held to recognize PIC’s volunteer Educational Surrogate Parents (ESPs). ESPs are appointed by the Department of Education and advocate for children experiencing foster care who also have special education needs.
We look forward to recognizing your dedication and offering you breakfast and the opportunity to network, share experiences and learn more.
This will also count as refresher training.
