Why is this training important?
Families are a critical part of the home, school and community partnership. Every family has assets and can use its own personal experiences and knowledge to create and implement a plan of success.

This training provides:
• Advocacy & leadership development
• Information about the Delaware educational system
• Resources to locate leadership opportunities on a local, state, and national level
• Tips to use the power of a personal story to make positive changes
• Approaches to dealing with conflict
• The importance of listening and asking clarifying questions

May 4th, 9am – 4:30pm  & May 5th, 9:30am – 12:30pm
