What is iDECIDE?

The iDECIDE Youth Advisory Council is a leadership program where youth:

✅ Build leadership and public speaking confidence

✅ Connect with other young leaders across Delaware

✅ Share ideas to improve services and supports

✅ Learn about employment, college, independent living, and healthcare transitions

✅ Plan projects and make a real impact in the community

Who Can Join?

Youth and young adults:

  • Ages 14–26
  • Living in Delaware
  • With a disability, special healthcare need, or who receive special education services
  • Interested in leadership, advocacy, and making a difference
