Parent Information Center of Delaware is a statewide non-profit organization
that works with, and assists parents with shared journeys and are here to
help you along the path of your child’s own unique journey. This includes
identifying available options and services and guiding families through how
to receive those services, enroll in programs and learn about insurance
coverage and MCO policies.

Every month, there is a MCO/Medicaid Call where parents/caregivers have
the opportunity to ask questions and/or discuss issues they are having with
their Medicaid MCO (Highmark Health Options or AmeriHealth Caritas).
Additionally, DFV brings parents critical information through one on one
consultations, workshops, and webinars.

Highmark Health Option about enrollment, case management,
problem solving challenges, Medicaid denials, and appeals.
