Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program

Interested in sharing your lived experience and building your leadership skills? We want
to get to know you!
Attend an information session to learn more about the Leadership Education in
Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program, administered by the
University of Delaware’s Center for Disabilities Studies. The year-long LEND program
prepares trainees to support the delivery of interdisciplinary, culturally competent,
family-centered services for people with disabilities and their families. There are three
levels of involvement: as a trainee in the program, as a mentor for a portion of the
program, or as a panelist for a one-time seminar. Stipends are provided for all levels of
involvement.
